The CFA is one of the oldest institutions dedicated exclusively to arbitration, both in France and internationally. Founded in 1953, its aim is to support the study, development and improvement of arbitration.

The Dinner will explore the use of third party funding, including who the providers are, how the process works and the benefits third party funding offers. The aim of the event is to provide attendees with a deeper understanding of third party funding.

Yasmin Mohammad, Senior Counsel at Vannin Capital, commented; “I am delighted that the CFA has invited me as one of only two speakers to present to its members on third party funding. In France, as elsewhere, this is an increasingly popular funding tool and I look forward to providing more detailed insights as to how to benefit from its application.”
