Grille, headlight doors (right side is cracked, missing a piece), headlights, turn signals and upper and lower stainless moldings (not perfect). All for $75. I can paint the maroon parts to match your van for $50 extra. All I need is your color code.

It actually sounds like you have the suspension stuff all dialed in. Can't think of anything you haven't already mentioned. I may be wrong, but I thought chrome was just a polished Nickle coating? Maybe they just don't do the polishing of it.

If you rebuilt the carb and put a new accelerator pump in it, Reed is prolly right, you have an advance issue or possibly your timing is off.

You can use short pieces of hose from the ends of the tubes to the radiator to make up for the flex of the engine...that's what the factory did. Just make sure you single flare the end of the tube so the hose doesn't just slide off even after it's

Also, be sure to check the bushings in the control arms. Those Fords are known for front end problems with those long arms mounted to the opposite side of the truck. The bushings can wear out.
