I have spent 3 days trying to line up 2 aftermarket fenders on this van. The gaps are terrible and it just doesn't fit properly. I put a NOS one on a different Chevy last year and it went on easily. So thats the saga here...

Does not look too hard to do, mask off the flat, spray it black , unmask and clean up any overspray. Pretty easy, about $ 5.00 for a roll of 1" blue painters tape, and $ 5.00 for a decent brand name spray paint, and maybe $ 1.00 for a green sc

This seems to have been a common problem with the 90-91-92 electronic VDO speedo from what I have seen. It happened to me as well. You can tell the difference from the late 92 to 97 speedos because the total miles odometer wheel is tighter together
