I would like everyone to please keep our daughter Cassie and her husband Jay in your thoughts for the next couple days. Cassie is going in the hospital today to start the procedure for induction. Her due date is not until the 27th but the Dr's do not want her to go past that date so they arranged for her to be induced tomorrow. She is dealing with Gestational Diabetes which I know is common at times but they do not want to risk anything by going to late. So hopefully everything goes okay tomorrow and we will have our first Grandchild. Do not know what he/she is just yet. Surprise is wanted. As soon as we find out I will post on here and of course post pictures.
So please just keep them in your thoughts and that the whole induction ordeal is not as painful and prolonged as we have heard it is. Wendy was induced with Kaitlin and it was 13 hours of hell for her. Cassie was quick and I almost delivered Kayla myself even though we were in the hospital. There was no doctor there and she was ready to pop. The nurse and I almost did it ourselves. That would have been interesting. Not that I couldn't have done it.
