Yep, your knee is touching the switch. I do the same thing, usually scares the crap out of me. It is the drawback to not having much leg room, have to sit almost cross legged to drive,

I'm a auto tech myself, so I speak from experience when working on all auto's. Sure the problem could be you resting your knee on the switch, but then that would be too simple a fix. Generally when there is an electrical problem, you need to chase the entire relay system for that switch down. It very well could be that a mouse got in there somehow, and chewed some wires, exposing them to touch each other and activite the lockes. Then again it could be the switch going bad. check with an Ohm meter for a 5v reference, if your getting more than that, then you need to replace the wiring, it means that you have an open, and the wires are touching something that is completing the connestion. if you have less than a 5v referance, then check the modual.
