This one is of the door sill that I fabricated, I'm limited in length due to the size of my sheet metal brake, approximately 36"... This one is a close up of the door sill... This is a reference photo to show you a close up of the Cleco fasteners... This new pic is of the gap that is at the front of the door skin... A filler strip is require to properly fill this area, it just so happens that the coiled waste material from my metal shear is the perfect size... This pic shows you the area filled... This area of the build (the compartment hatch) is a big undertaking, lots of re-working & adjusting ideas to suit... Once this side is sorted out & completed the other side will go quickly & at that point this area can be cut free from the body... Thanks again for your interest... _________________________ later...
