Nice van for sure!
Be sure to take a good look in the rain gutters where the racks were mounted to make sure that the sealer isn't punctured.
Keep us posted!

Update, I got the air to blow. ended up being the fuse block was dirty and the wrong fuses in it. bad switch was probably causing that and they put bigger fuses in it. just gotta put freon in it now to be cool!! Now it blows great at idle but when going down the road the front vents won't blow. defrost vents do though. so i figure it's a vacuum issue controlling the gates maybe? did i miss something when i changed the air conditioning panel out? thanks for all the nice comments and help Ryan

Make sure the vacuum chamber (round ball) under the hood isn't cracked...or missing.

would one of the vacuum hoses on the back of the air control panel be responsible?

Some of the later year switches do no exchange with earlier year switches. The 89 I had here was different than a switch I got from a 91 parts van ......

It was a direct replacement. came out of a 94. Got my pull a part louvers on yesterday. Held on with gem clips. Thanks to this forum for the idea.

I wonder if you wet sand that one spot and spray a lil clear coat if it would help match it up It would take some skill, but thats a possibility.
