Good luck Rose. Hope yours helps you better than mine does. I was hoping for a miracle I guess. Still on pain meds. Do not know how much stronger I can get than Dilaudid. I have to crank my settings up pretty high most of the time and then have trouble functioning properly due to them being so high. Sucks getting old. But then again I have been dealing with this for 26 years.

So we are still hopefully going to Provanity { not that we weren't planning on not going if I had the surgery} so I can relieve some of my stress...lol. Thank you all for the well wishes and prayers...Keep them coming anyway, the pain everyday is bad enough..... Love my vanning Family with all my heart,,,,

Your emotional state has an effect on healing and pain, if you can remain active, getting around people and enjoying yourself, you can zone out the pain, but if you sit depressed it will ache. My van has a positive effect on me, I zone out when I get in it.

Glad it went well Rose. Mine is not doing well by me. There are days I have it cranked so high that I can hardly move or walk. Have my scooter too although I am not using it. Got moved up on the front porch during the flood and is still there. The batteries need replaced and they are not a priority right now. Do not have the extra $$. May soon need to get them though. lol. Getting old sucks.
Keep us updated on the temp and permanent implant.

Hi Rose, Glad to hear that you are doing ok, I am still hanging in there. Haven't had anything done yet but plans on in the works to have some heart surgery in the near future. I am planning on getting to the truck nationals next month and maybe a few street rod shows for my engraving. Then i guess i will have all my tests done to fiugre out what course they are going to go after fixing my heart. I will be having open heart surgery sometime around October or early Novermber as it looks right now. Then 6 months to recoupe. don't know what plans are for next year but i plan on being at Natinoals showing off the new Free Spirit. Well take care and give me shout if you need anything.
