Makes sense to me Chuck...maybe just use big wing nuts and lock washers to make it even easier ... Easy there Pete. We don't want to get between work and the beer breaks my brother! Oh yeah....that's right...

I'm working on the frame work for my window a/c unit. I'm old, I like cold air. So, here we go.. I started with tracing the shape of the left front window opening. I cut a couple of holes, and taped it in place in the paper to keep it from moving during the process.  Then transfer it to the wood, using the same tape to hold it still.
