Looking at a g20 van that has similar rust around the windows as the one pictured here:

What can I use to cover it up so its at least decent looking, say a 20 footer?

Best thing to do is pull the windows out and fix it right. I have to do the same thing on my Ford.

I dont know the situation, but sometimes that stuff can be knarley, you may be better off to find another van? If you dont fix it yourself, you will spend way more repairing it than buying another van and shipping it....JMO

I've noticed a lot of GM conversion vans rust out around the those bay windows. I'm not saying it to be mean, but it's just an observation.

Poor prepping by the conversion company I dare say.

The rust issues will not just be the exterior either. Most likely it has been leaking to the interior, and when you open it up to remove the windows. Mold and rust and Ughhhhhhhhhh.

On mine they cut two slices into the bottom base of the frame, I guess to allow water to leak out. Mine aren't that bad at all for it's age. I also stick the thin tube attached to some WD40 into the cut on both sides going both directions and spray inside, just for corrosion protection.
